14. Fruit and cocoa oat granola
OAT AND COCOA GRANOLA
DRY INGREDIENTS:
200g rolled oats
100g hazelnuts
50g cashews
40g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
LIQUID INGREDIENTS:
100ml agave syrup
40ml coconut oil
TO BE ADDED AFTER COOKING:
50g dark chocolate cut into pieces
COOKING:
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through to evenly brown the granola. Allow to cool completely before enjoying. It can be stored in a sealed glass jar for up to two weeks.
FRUIT AND SEED OAT GRANOLA
DRY INGREDIENTS:
200g rolled oats
70g pumpkin seeds
70g sunflower seeds
50g walnuts
50g almonds
30g dried coconut
1 pinch of salt
LIQUID INGREDIENTS:
100ml agave syrup
40ml coconut oil
TO BE ADDED AFTER COOKING:
30g raisins
30g apple chips
30g freeze-dried raspberries/goji berries/dried blueberries or other fruits to taste
COOKING:
