Eco-villages: visiting them, living in them, creating new ones
What will you learn
Ecovillages: a new culture
What is an ecovillage? How many are there in Italy? What are their peculiarities? But... do they share everything in common? Do they always get along? Is it possible to visit them? In this Eutopia Free Talk, we will explore these and many other questions, touching on the main aspects of what makes ecovillages unique experiences.
Ecological Villages "from within"
Is it better to rehabilitate a village or to build an off-grid house on virgin land? To live to work or to work to live? Is it possible to be self-sufficient? How do you manage a common fund? And legally, how do we define ourselves? Thanks to concrete experiences, we will see how to make the most of our talents in community, examples of "common fund" and economic management, the relationship with the city and rural life: permaculture, organic farming, and the use of local resources.
